PACK, INVENTORY, STORAGE OF CONTENTS

We realize that not everything is replaceable. Therefore, Pocono's experienced professionals will work with you and your insurance adjuster to pack-out and inventory your personal items to transport them to our facility to be cleaned and stored. If we advise that a certain item cannot be restored but has sentimental value you to you, we will do our best to attempt restoration.

CONTENT CLEANING

Once we have packed-out, inventoried, and transported your personal belongings to our facility, we proceed with the cleaning process. Whether it be through the use of a chemical sponge, our state-of- the-art Ultrasonic Machines, or another number of cleaning solutions we take great pride in treating your valuables with extreme care.

OZONE TREATMENT

We operate an ozone chamber at our facility that leaves your items smelling fresh and odor free. Ozone targets odor-causing substances, especially smoke, at their source to permanently remove odors from the items being treated.
