Blue Mountain Resort revamp

Here we completed a restoration project at the Blue Mountain Ski Area Maintenance Building following an electrical fire that originated at the main electrical panel.

After all electrical repairs were completed, our team stepped in to restore and protect the structure. The scope of work included the installation of two new windows, along with thorough cleaning, scraping, and surface preparation throughout the affected areas. We then applied multiple coats of high-quality paint to deliver a fresh, clean, and professional appearance.

To ensure long-term protection, our team also applied two coats of aluminum roofing liquid to the roof, fully sealing the surface and enhancing durability against the elements. This final step helped safeguard the building while extending the life of the roof system.

This project showcases Pocono Restorations’ ability to handle detailed commercial restoration work and coordinate seamlessly with other trades—bringing facilities back to safe, functional, and visually refreshed conditions after unexpected damage.
