This custom outdoor patio was a carefully planned and executed project. Upon our arrival we took note that part of the roof had collapsed from the snow load and that the patio was not safe as it stood. The most difficult task to this endeavor was paying attention to the finest details to accommodate the customer’s needs and wants while keeping their safety on the patio our first concern.

After a fire broke out in this home the firefighters needed to gain access to the attic area. Upon arrival - our restoration expert had to properly remove additional plywood prior to tarping the roof in order to keep the attic from being exposed to the exterior elements.

After finding out that the flat roof was leaking above the garage the homeowner decided to build a second story addition. Within the design of this addition we included an old rustic look for the customers satisfaction. We added knotty pine wainscoting, solid hardwood flooring with two rough cut beams to accommodate the vaulted ceiling. In addition, we added stone work around the chimney chase to create this beautiful room.
